Full description
Department of Environment, 1972, Kingsbridge, 41 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV141018.
Probably 1830-40 stucco pair, centre breaks forward. Incised decoration to pilasters, moulded plaster architraves and door heads, right hand house somewhat altered. Left hand house (no 1) with enriched eaves cornice remaining. Sash windows with glazing bars. Leighton House, Conservative Club, Nos 1 to 4 (consec) South Place, Pindar Lodge, Nos 1 and 2 Victoria Place form a group in important position.

Nos 1 and 2 Victoria Place shall be amended to read 'Victoria Place nos 1 to 8'. The group note should be amended to read 'Leighton Place, Conservative Club, Nos 1 to 4 (consecutive) South Place, Pindar Lodge, Nos 1 and 2 Victoria Place form a group in important position'.
