Probably 17th century. Range of cottages, L-shaped on plan. Cob walls. Slate roofs with wide eaves and gabled ends. Two storeys. Six windows and four windows. Two-light casements, probably 19th century. Brick chimney stacks and one large roughcast stack.

Range of five cottages, possibly subdivided from a larger dwelling/s, 16th/17th century. Rendered cob and rubble; natural and artificial slate roof with rendered stacks. L-shaped plan, with lateral stack to range facing Bartow's Causeway and ridge tack to probably earlier right-angle range to rear right. Exterior: two storeys, 19th century small-paned casements and 20th century windows throughout; 20th century doors; 20th century lean-tos and flat-roofed extensions. Interior not inspected but likely to be of interest.
