No 30, St. Peter's Street. Early 19th century, plain two storey stucco front, three windows, no glazing bars, small eaves cornice. Doorway, left.

House in use as offices. Circa 1830s with alterations of the 1980s (information from the occupant). Mass wall construction, stuccoed and blocked out; slate roof; stacks not visible from the front; cast-iron rainwater goods. Double-depth plan with side entrance and stairs rising axially between front and rear rooms; basement kitchen.
Exterior: two storeys and basement. Asymmetrical but regular three-bay front; eaves cornice. 1980s segmental-headed doorway to left with 20th century glazed door with side lights. Two ground and three first floor two-pane sashes, probably with 20th century architraves. Rear elevation preserves some small-pane double-hung 19th century sashes.
Interior: original stick baluster stair with wreathed handrail; original joinery includes skirtings, some doorcases and shutters. Terracotta floor tiles in former basement kitchen.
