No 21 Silver Street. 18th century, cob, stucco lined and painted two storey, slate roof, two windows, together with no 96 Bampton Street.
No 96 Bampton Street, 18th century, cob stuccoed lined and painted. Slate roof. Two storey. Three flush frame sash windows at each floor including one gabled half-dormer. Plinth. Two windows on return including no 21 Silver Street.

House, at one time an inn (old list description), now subdivided, 17th century or earlier. Rendered mass wall construction, either stone rubble or cob; steep slate roof (asbestos slates to rear); stacks with brick shafts.
Plan: the building occupies a corner site between Bampton Street and Silver Street. Single depth. Large axial stack to Silver Street block indicating two-room plan; two- or three-room plan to Bampton Street.
Exterior: Bampton Street elevation two storeys and three windows. Ground floor has three over three-pane sashes to left and right and two doors in the centre. left-hand door is four panel (upper panels glazed) with a 20th century half-glazed door to the right. Two first floor three over three-pane sashes to the left. other right, the roof rises as large attic gable glazed with a three over three-pane sash. The Silver Street elevation has a 20th century glazed door to the left. To the right there is a second 20th century glazed door flanked by 20th century two-light casements; two first floor probably 19th century two-light casements with small panes.
