A 'flat iron' shaped enclosure recorded as a cropmar in 1984. with straight side to south-west (length about 30 metres visible) and long axis north-east to south-west about 70 metres long. The South-east side in the adjoining field was not visible.

Site visited on 15th October and 26th November 1987. The site occupies level area in gentle north-eastern slope. The north side is marked by a faint ridge.

Cropmarks of levelled ditches are visible on oblique aerial photographs taken in 1984 and digital images derived from aerial photographs captured in 2017, to the northwest of Woodland. The dark cropmarks, circa 4m in width, form the northwest half of a possible rectilinear enclosure, circa 60m across, which is bisected by a field boundary. The southeast extent of the enclosure, on the opposing side of this field boundary, extends into pasture within grounds associated with The Old Parsonage and is not visible. Its form and proximity to other enclosures identified in this area, such as MDV24957 to the immediate south with which it is possibly associated, would suggest a prehistoric or Romano-British date.
