Quarry not marked on this, or previous edition of the Ordnance Survey map (late 19th century), so apparently dates to some time between 1906-1945.

Overgrown with low flora except potential shaft infill area. Bovey Tracey Heritage Trust record that trial digs existed in this area of Black Hill. Sketched and photographed.
