Copeland, G. W., 1943, Notes on Devon dovecotes: Part 4, 267-72 (Article in Serial). SDV336450.

At Kelly House is a small brick built granary on eleven pillars with a pyramidal roof. The upper chamber is said to have served as a pigeon house.

Granary about 20 meters north east of Kelly House. Granary with dovecot over. Early 18th century. Flemish bond brick with pyramidal slate roof. Rectangular granary on 10 brick staddles with slate caps supporting a timber frame on which the granary stands, with first floor dovecot with gabled dove entrance in roof on west side. Entrances to granary and dovecot on west side. Additional piers added for support probably in the 19th century.
