Full description

Minchinton, W., 1977, Windmills of Devon, 45-6 (Monograph). SDV12997.

A windmill at Teigngrace is mentioned in an indenture of 2nd January 1713 which states "a messuage and farthing of land in the Ley, with one croft of land called Mill croft, lying on the west side of the old windmill".
