Dark curvilinear cropmarks which have possibly formed over levelled ditches, circa 2m wide, are visible on oblique aerial photographs taken in 1984. The fragmented cropmarks define part of an oval enclosure, circa 45m long by 30m wide, of potential prehistoric or Romano-British date. Cropmarks of a second, but less convincing enclosure, are visible to the immediate northeast MDV28895.
