Bridge Cottage. A tollhouse at Cowley Bridge on the north side of the Crediton road. A small single storey building with a door on the west side (citing Sheldon 1933 and Kanefsky 1976).

On the north side of the Crediton road just past the river bridge and the fork of the road to Tiverton. A small, square single-storey building with the door on the west side. Not marked on the 1 inch Ordnance Survey maps as a toll gate and not part of Exeter Turnpike Trust, though on their road.
