Summary

Higher sweetcombe farmhouse probably 17th century, altered 18th century and early 19th century. L-plan stone rubble and cob with some timber framing. Partly plastered. Thatched roof. External stone chimney at west end with offsets, brick stack. Two and three light 19th century wood casements with red brick dressings wood lintels. Plain cottage door (doe).
