Fieldwalking recovered 13 flint and 3 chert pieces. Much material has been randomly picked up in field over the years. Other details: Drawings of finds.

Flint scatter. 679 pieces of flint and chert, including fragment of handaxe, 3 microliths, 1 micro-burin, 3 transverse arrowheads, 1 barbed and tanged arrowhead and fragment of a polished flint adze. Most of the material dates from the later Neolithic/earlier Bronze Age but Mesolithic activity is also indicated.

Overview of prehistoric finds from Rowridge Farm since the 1930s. In this field, 607 pieces of flint and 142 pieces of chert, including part of a handaxe were found in February-March 1983 together with 1 sherd of 4th century mortarium and 1 sherd of medieval pottery and some slag dated pre 1600.
