SX 5503 8252 One of a group of over 70 hut circles with enclosures. Hut 2; remains of entrance; one door jamb fallen, other standing. Several pot boilers.

(17/07/1992) Hut in Standon Down settlement. At SX 55048251. Terraced into hillslope. Internal diameter measures 6.2m, rubble wall 1.9m wide, 0.8m high. South-facing doorway defined by single upright slab. Three boundary walls lead from this hut. The 1901 excavation recovered pot boilers.
