Summary
Castle cottage, probably built for the baliff or steward of castle drogo. Circa 1930. Probably designed by sir edwin luytens. Coursed blocks of massive granite ashlar; granite stack with granite ashlar chimneyshaft; slate roof. Double depth plan. Interior not inspected. Main front has symmetrical 3 window arrangement of timber casements with glazing bars. Porch in angle is open with hipped roof (doe).
