Full description
Department of Environment, 1978, Totnes, 46 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV342722.
Dated 16/03/1978. Number 9 High Street, (north side). Probably later 16th century or early 17th century, altered. 2 storeys and gabled dormer. 1 window. Welsh slate roof with projecting eaves and old masonry stack heightened in red brick. Masonry party walls. Rendered, timber-framed front. First floor with paired Yorkshire casements. Modern shopfront and doorway retaining coved cornice of early 19th century shop.
