The Sanctuary. House. Early 19th century, with later additions on south side. Rendered stone with slated roof. Each gable has a stone coping with small chimneystack on the top. Two storeys; single-storey addition to right. Symmetrical 3-window front. Ground storey has 20th century glazed porch in centre (replacing an original wooden porch with pilasters described in the former list). French window with glazing-bars at either side. In second storey a round-arched sash window in centre, the lower sash with 6 panes, the upper sash with radial bars extending from a round-headed middle pane. Windows at either side have triple sashes; 6 panes in centre, 2 panes in side-sashes. Interior not inspected.
