Summary

Large barn in forecourt of farmhouse, its gable fronting the road. Probably 17th or 18th century. Granite rubble. Corrugated-iron roof, half-hipped at east end; west end is now gabled, but the timbers of a former half-hip are visible inside. Owl hole in west gable. Plank doors (the planks mostly renewed) with old wrought-iron strap-hinges. In north wall a medieval, shouldered-head wood door-frame, probably brought from elsewhere.

Roof-trusses 18th or early 19th century with collars pegged to the faces of the principal rafters. Included for group value.
