Farmhouse. Mid-19th century with some 20th century modernisation. Local stone and flint rubble with limestone ashlar quoins; stone rubble stacks topped with 19th century brick; slate roof.

Plan: double depth plan farmhouse facing south. It has a front and back room either side of the central entrance hall and rear staircase. The rooms are heated by gable-end stacks. 2 storeys with integral lean-to service outshots to rear.

Exterior: symmetrical 3-window front of 16-pane sashes. The central doorway contains a 19th century 4-panel door. There is a secondary glass-roofed verandah across the front. The sprocketted eaves are carried on shaped eaves brackets. The roof is gable-ended with shaped bargeboards. Interior: not inspected but original joinery and other detail probably survives.
