'Woodland Farm Remains of a Manor House’ shown on 19th century map. This rectangular building with an extension on the eastern side is shown on the southern side of the farmyard.

Shippon and cart shed approximately 20 metres south of Woodland Manor house. Shippon with cart shed and loft. 18th/19th century. Stone rubble with granite quoins and lintels. Slurried scantle slate roof with half-hipped ends. Central cart entrance with slightly cambered arch of granite ashlar voussoirs, flanked by external stone stairs to loft doors. Stable doors to left and right. Ventilation slits in rear wall and pigeon holes in east end. Included for group value. Other details: LBS No 100334.

Modern mapping shows that the buildings at Woodland Farm have been converted into separate dwellings at the centre of a housing development. The former shippon and cart shed are shown as numbers 9-10 Woodland Court.
