Conspicuous large circular mark, with concentric zoning, diameter about 35 meters. Recorded as a cropmark in 1985.

Soilmarks which resemble a possible quarry or extractive pit are visible on oblique aerial photographs of 1985, to the north of Blackhorse. The soilmarks or cropmarks have been interpreted within this record as representing a possible barrow, although the nature of the marks, which are visible as a series of concentric rings, may have more likely been formed from the backfilling of a large pit-like feature, rather than a levelled burial mound.
