Summary
A disturbed cairn with the appearance of a damaged ring cairn. Monument comprises a 9.5 metres diameter and up to 0.6 metres high ragged 3.0 metres wide ring of stones and small boulders. In the disturbed central area which is about 0.5 metres deep one slightly off-centre upright slab is visible; it is 0.2 metres high and 0.6 metres long and it could be the remains of a robbed cist.

(07/06/1950) A small cairn 9.5m diameter and 0.6m high, semi turf-covered, with hollow in centre exposing stone core.

(23/03/1979) A cairn situated on a south-facing slope below the crest of a ridge. It consists largely of small stones, partly heather-covered and has a diameter of 9.5m and a height of 0.5m; there is a depression of 0.6m in the centre with a cavity which could be the site of a ruined cist. Surveyed at 1:10 000 on PFD.

It comprises a 9.5m diameter and up to 0.6m high ragged 3.0m wide ring of stones and small boulders. In the disturbed central area which is about 0.5m deep one slightly off-centre upright slab is visible; it is 0.2m high and 0.6m long and it could be the remains of a robbed cist.
