Summary

Easternmost of a group of four Prehistoric bowl barrows on Langaford Moor which survives as two conjoined mounds. An outlier of the barrow group is located in Cookworthy Moor Plantation to the north.

One of four round barrows on Fourbarrow Head on Langaford Moor which do not seem to have been opened. Barrow D is the eastern of a row of three barrows with an outlier to the north-west.

Four bowl barrows on Langaford Moor. The monument includes four Bronze Age bowl barrows situated on Langaford Moor. The barrows occupy a high upland ridge and form part of a concentration of similar monuments in the area. The four barrows are aligned east to west along the line of th natural ridge. An outlier, subject to a separate scheduling is situated to the north. The easternmost barrows which lie within a single area of protection survive as two conjoined mounds. The larger of the two is oval in shape measuring 22 metres long east to west by 19 metres wide north to south and is 0.8 metres high. To the south-south-east is a second smaller circular mound with a diameter of 9 metres by up to 0.3 metres high. All four barrows are surrounded by a 2 metre wide buried ditch.

Two conjoined Bronze Age bowl barrows. The larger mound is oval and 22 metres long east to west, 19 metres wide north to south and 0.8 metres high. To the south south east is the other mound which is 9 metres in diameter an 0.3 metres high. Originally recorded as one barrow.
