Former water-powered corn mill with a waterwheel and machinery at both the east and west end of a rectangular rubble stone building with a slate roof. All the milling machinery and most of the internal structure has gone. Both wheelpits are still visible. That to the east has a live water supply while that to the west has been substantially backfilled, although the tailrace tunnel is still apparent. The wheelshaft opening at the west end has been blocked up but the granite lintel and quoins are visible.
