Worth, R. H., 1945, 64th Report on Barrows, 55 (Article in Serial). SDV167224.
At a distance of 10m centre to centre from the cairn at SX 62396221 lies a second cairn of about the same diameter, but more disturbed.

(31/03/1950) Nothing definitely resembling a cairn could be found in this area.
(01/08/1977) No trace of a second cairn could be found at the position given by Worth (1945), or in the immediate vicinity.
