Full description
Department of Environment, 1972, Honiton, 10 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV337401.
Dated 21/03/1972. Numbers 49 and 51, High Street, Honiton. Early 18th century. Number 49, 2 storey and attic, stucco, lined and painted, rusticated quoins. 2 casement dormers. 2 sash windows at 1st floor with exposed frames, now with centre glazing bars only. Central 6-panel door with flat hood on brackets. Plinth, slates. Small shop, window, right. Deeds from circa 1725. Number 51, probably early 18th century, 2 storey, 2 flush frame sash windows at each floor with glazing bars. Central 6-panel door with flat hood. Eaves board, slates, rusticated quoins.
