Dated 21/03/1972. The Old Manse, Number 57, High Street, Honiton. Early 19th century stucco front, 2 storey, plinth, coupled brackets at eaves, slates, 3 sash windows with exposed frame and altered glazing bars. Mid 19th century consoles to doorway.
