Dated 21/03/1972. Number 38, High Street, Honiton (including Number 1, Belmont Terrace). Late 18th century, 2 storey, 3 flush frame sash windows with glazing bars at each floor, stucco, plinth, slate roof, eaves soffit, entrance with fanlight, way through arch, right (to Belmont Terrace at rear). Number 1 Belmont Terrace comprises the right hand side of the 3 window range, approached through the archway.
