Dated 21/03/1972. Belmont, Number 40, High Street, Honiton. Early 18th century, stucco, 1st floor band, 2 storey, 2 sash windows, at each floor, with exposed frames, now with centre glazing bars only, recessed entrance with flat hood on shaped brackets, door with 6 flush panels.
