Department of Environment, 1972, Honiton, 24 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV337401.

Dated 21/03/1972. King's Arms, 56, High Street, Honiton. 18th century with alterations, 2 storey, 3 3-light 1st floor casements with cambered heads, central entrance, with splay bay each side, brick, limewashed steep slate roof. Carriage way under, left, with flush frame sash window, at 1st floor, above, with glazing bars.
