Full description
Department of Environment, 1972, Honiton, 15 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV337401.
Dated 21/03/1972. Number 107, High Street, Honiton. 18th century brick with early 19th century ground floor treatment in a shop window has been inserted, right. 3 storey, 5 windows to upper floors, with moulded architraves, and keystones, and now with centre glazing bars only. Stone moulded 2nd floor band, and cornice, with parapet above. Rusticated quoins. Cast iron 1st floor balcony above tuscan elongated columns of ground floor. Fanlight to centre, later door.

In the High Street one of the buildings of note is Number 107, which has a Grecian balcony above a channelled stucco ground floor. The statutory list regards Numbers 103 to 107 (odd), New Dolphin Hotel, Numbers 111 to 115 (odd), and Numbers 119 to 125 (odd) as a cohesive group. Maps, photograph.
