Full description

Dated 21/03/1972. Three Tuns Inn, 133, High Street, Honiton. Late 18th century or early 19th century, 2 storey, roughcast front, 2 flush frame sash windows now with centre glazing bars only. 1 good splayed bay, ground floor, left, now with centre glazing bars only, with moulded cornice. Wide centre carriage way through.

The west end of High Street is the commercial heart of the town with some residential accommodation over shops and behind the main frontage. The shops are punctuated by former coaching inns and 19th century banks. The statutory list regards 131 to 137 as a cohesive group. Maps.
