HER Number:MDV44445
Name:CULVERT in the Parish of Broadhembury

Summary

Boundary line to s of mill, shown on tm, may perpetuate the line of the priory's primary culvert. This appears to have taken water from the eastern pond (subsheet) 15) - a line possibly preserved by a footpath - then down below the e and s ranges and on to the mills. This would also have served a drain in the reredorter (weddell).
