Long triangular 'Mill Pond' marked on 1880s-1890s 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, c89m long by 39m wide max, with a 'Weir' to the north and a 'Mill Leat' running south to 'Middle Blackpool Corn Mill'. Also marked on 1904 6 inch map but not on 1962 map.
