Full description
Claris, P. D. + Thackray, D. W. R., 1990, Historic Landscape Survey of Lundy: 1st interim report, 28 (Article in Serial). SDV6856.
Possible hut circle at the north end of the settlement, 3 metres in diameter and 0.3 metres high, which is probably a clearance cairn. A row of four cairns to its south-west could also be clearance or part of a wall.

Previously described as a hut circle, this site is probably a robbed cairn. One of several cairns in a large site. The depression in the centre may be caused by the robbing of the cairn for building materials for John O'Groats Cottage to the north-west or damage resulting from the heath fires of 1933 and 1935.
