Summary

Cairn mound 17.3 metres in diameter and stands up to 1 metre high within the cemetery to the south-west of Great Nodden. Loose rubble covering the centre of the mound suggests that the cairn has been partially excavated or robbed.

Great Nodden cairn '13' at SX53608739 of 16.5 metres diameter by 1.0 metres high. Although much pitted in the centre it still stands a metre high and gives the appearance of originally being flat topped. This cairn is close to the railway embankment.
