Full description
Laithwaite, M., 1988 - 1989, Resurvey of Historic Buildings in Bideford (Un-published). SDV341490.
Mid 19th century house. Solid rendered front. Tarred, slated roof. Old red-brick chimney on right side wall with raised band at top. Two storeys, 1 window per storey with doorway to left of ground storey. Front flanked by raised quoins. Openings have flat architraves with cambered tops, the lintels projecting beyond the outer edges of the joints, and the joints projecting above the tops of the lintels. Late 20th century half glazed wooden door. Windows have barred sashes in recessed box frames: 8 panes in ground storey, 10 panes above.
