Site has a gentle southestern slope above a small valley, no visible earthworks.

Dark cropmarks, interpreted as having formed over levelled ditches, circa 3m wide, are visible on oblique aerial photographs taken in 1989. The cropmarks define the southeast extent of a rectilinear enclosure that measures circa 67m across, with angular corner visible to the southeast. The morphology of the cropmarks suggests a late prehistoric or Romano-British date.
