Hut Circle '30' of 2.7 metres diameter with walls 1.8 metres wide by 1.2 metres high and an entrance to the south-east at Watern Oke settlement. A boundary wall leads south. Excavations in 1905 revealed two separate hearths, some cooking and rubbing stones

Anderson, I. K., 1906, 11th Report of the Dartmoor Exploration Committee, 101-113 (Article in Serial). SDV337055.

One of a group of about 94 hut circles at watern oak. Hut 30; internal diameter 3 metres. A rough stone pit with entrance at south and fireplace at both east and west; some cooking and rubbing stones were found.

Visited in 1992. Hut circle terraced into the hillslope. Simple plan and rubble bank type. Interior of the structure measures 2.7 metres in diameter and is defined by a 1.8 metres wide wall standing up to 1.2 metres high. Doorway faces south-east and is partially blocked. A boundary wall leads south from the southern edge of this structure. Excavations by the Dartmoor Exploration Committee in 1905 revealed two separate hearths, some cooking and rubbing stones.
