Lidstone's Foundry. Main building still stands.


Saville, A., 1992, Local Crafts - Lost and Surviving, 17 (Article in Serial). SDV348855.

Lidstone made cooking ranges. Adjacent to Hambling's bell foundry. Both destroyed in 1943 air-raid.


Head, C.W.A., 1992, W. Date and Sons, the Kingsbridge Shipbuilders, 14 (Article in Serial). SDV348852.

Lidstone's Foundry was situated near the post office, adjacent to Duke Street.
