Summary
Hut circle recorded by the Ordnance Survey (1950), as well as Gerrard (1993) and Butler (1994). Terraced into the hillslope and is of the simple plan and double orthostat walling type [2]. The interior of the building measures 7.0 metres in diameter and is defined by a 1.3 metre wide wall standing up to 1.0 metre high. This hut is attached to a length of boundary wall which leads to hut circle E (MDV52369).

SX58416902 (Hut 8/D on sketch plan) Hut circle situated within an enclosure. Terraced into the hillslope and is of the simple plan and double orthostat walling type [2]. The interior of the building measures 7.0 metres in diameter and is defined by a 1.3 metre wide wall standing up to 1.0 metre high. This hut is attached to a length of boundary wall which leads to hut circle E (MDV52369).
