Full description
RCHM, CITING DYER, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV42836.
To ne of house is small roofless, gabled outbuilding 2.95m n/s x 2.75m e/w x 2.3m high; doorway in s side. Built of mortared stone with brick edging at corners and round doorframe. Cottage burnt down c40 years ago (rchm, citing dyer).

Vis=4/8/1994 (emafu) buildings located in small enclosure e of higher forches cross. House shown on tm no.808. Shown on 1st ed. Os 6" as forches park cottage. Ruins of house oriented e/w c.9 x 5m. Built of stone brick and cob. W wall of mortared stone 1.5m high with brick-edged sw corner; also collapsed rendered brick chimney stack. N wall and ne corner only survive as banks. E wall has 1m long rendered section and se corner of stone with brick edging 1.6m high.
