Exeter Archaeology, 1993 - 1994, Untitled Source (Archive - Survey). SDV339669.
Vis=7/7/1993 (emafu) orchard shown on tm and described as "town wood orchard no.309". It occupies a narrow strip along s side of road. Also shown on 1st ed. Os 6" map.
Survives as a platform without any hedge or boundary in larger field. Owner says there is a tradition of a building on the site, but no visible evidence of this.
