Small quarry shown in corner of plot 31, immediately to west of the mill buildings.

In 1840 it was called Quarry Field; in 1871 it was referred to as Coombe Granite Quarry. Coombe Granite was the local name for diabase which was used in tarmac for London streets. It now lies within the Royal Naval College.
