Summary

'stone mill' shown adjacent to the bridge on map of 1609. Donn's map shows it virtually alongside trackway ssx58nw/158. The tithe map suggests the mill buildings lay s of stream + w of bridge, although by this date (1844) the mill was clearly out of use. Part of a leat can be seen on tm and early os maps. 'mill meadow' lay to se of the bridge (reed).
