Summary

At its north end, this is a very pronounced sunken track running northwest/southeast 4.8m wide to top edges of banks, and typically 1.5-2m deep. The track is overgrown by trees. It continues southeast as an oakpath for 1km to the road junction.

At n end there are 2 parallel sunken tracks sw of the existing track junction. One of them is possibly the end of the hollow way (ea).

Vis=20/2/1996 (ea) at its n end, this is a very pronounced sunken track running nw/se 4.8m wide to top edges of banks, and typically 1.5-2m deep. Bank on e side 0.75m high, bank on w side 1.25m high. Track is overgrown by trees. Runs se to road e of ashcombe (sx92037904). Continues se as oakpath for 1km to road junction (sx92907912).
