Site visited on 2nd April 1995. Unenclosed hut circle lies on a lower west facing slope of Shadyback Tor overlooking the valley of the River Plym and forms part of a partially enclosed stone hut circle settlement. Survives as 7.5 metre diameter circular platform with a 0.8 metre high scarp and is terraced into the hillslope.
