Full description
Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1980, SX57SE18 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV240816.
(07/02/1980) At SX 56457388 a ruined hut abuts the newtake wall. It is visible as a bank of foundation stone 0.2 metres high and 1.2 metres wide with no trace of an entrance. The internal diameter is 5.0 metres.

The monument includes a stone hut circle at SX 56453 73891 situated on a gentle west facing slope overlooking the valley of the River Walkham. The interior of the stone hut circle measures 4.4 metres in diameter and is surrounded by a 1 metres wide single orthostatic wall standing up to 0.55 metres high.
