Site visit 20/3/1997 by Exeter Archaeology. Remains of small stone building, probably agricultural use, against s side of north east/south west boundary. Consists of north wall against boundary, 5.5m long x 2m high, with returning w wall measuring 3.4m wide x 2.8m high at apex of gable. The south end of the west wall has a finished brick edge, suggesting an open-fronted building. The south and east walls are currently of rough light timber and mesh. The corrugated-iron roof has collapsed. The area around the building is severely overgrown and the building is no longer used. The building is not shown on the current 1:10,000 map (1992) or the 1st ed 6" map (1890, 102sw).
