Rapid examination of ap suggests the presence of 4 probable prehistoric or roman round barrow sites, visible as ring ditch cropmarks. See also st01sw/24, st01sw/130 + 132 (nmr, citing miller).

A ring ditch of a probable prehistoric barrow is visible as a cropmark ditch on specialist oblique aerial photographs of 1984 onwards, to the south of Wallflower Cottages. The uninterrupted sub-circular ring ditch measures approximately 22.5m in diameter and is sited on fairly level ground within an area where a linear alignment of three other ring-ditches has been recorded.
