Probable site of a Bronze Age round barrow, visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (p1). The barrow is visible as a ring ditch with internal mound, 23m across. It lies immediately to the east of St Matthews Church. The site was digitally plotted during the National Mapping Programme.
